BEDROOM 1

A lovely bright room with large bay window. There’s a black gothic style double bed with matching bedside tables and lamps, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and dressing table.

BEDROOM 2

This room also has a large bay window. There are two pine single beds, bedside cupboard, wardrobe and chest of drawers. There is a travel cot and fold-up bed available on request.

BATHROOM

Spacious and newly fitted to include a bath with shower over, toilet and sink unit.

GARDEN

There are large gardens to the front and rear with the rear garden enclosed making it safe for children and dogs. There is a large decked sun terrace with access from the lounge and kitchen. There is a table and chairs and a BBQ. Access from the terrace via external stairs to the rear garden that backs onto farmland.

The cottage has carbon monoxide detectors, emergency lighting and mains smoke alarms. The cottage also has full gas central heating with a gas fire in the lounge and all windows and doors are fully double-glazed. All gas, electricity, towels and bed linen is included.

No smoking is permitted. The cottage is available on a weekly basis, Saturday – Saturday.

The cottage boasts off road parking for one car and ample unrestricted roadside parking. The rear garden is enclosed with a lawn area, pretty flower beds, a BBQ and table and chairs.
