GARDEN There are large gardens to the front and rear with the rear garden enclosed making it safe for children and dogs. There is a large decked sun terrace with access from the lounge and kitchen. There is a table and chairs and a BBQ. Access from the terrace via external stairs to the rear garden that backs onto farmland. |

The cottage has carbon monoxide detectors, emergency lighting and mains smoke alarms. The cottage also has full gas central heating with a gas fire in the lounge and all windows and doors are fully double-glazed.
All gas, electricity, towels and bed linen is included. No smoking is permitted. The cottage is available on a weekly basis, Saturday – Saturday.
