GARDEN There are large gardens to the front and rear with the rear garden enclosed making it safe for children and dogs. There is a large decked sun terrace with access from the lounge and kitchen. There is a table and chairs and a BBQ. Access from the terrace via external stairs to the rear garden that backs onto farmland. |

The cottage has carbon monoxide detectors, emergency lighting and mains smoke alarms. The cottage also has full gas central heating with an electric fire in the lounge and all windows and doors are fully double-glazed.
All gas, electricity, towels and bed linen is included. No smoking is permitted. The cottage is available on a weekly basis, Saturday – Saturday.

A 50% deposit is payable at the time of booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the holiday date.
Weekend and mini breaks are available during March, April, May, October, November and December (not Christmas and New Year).
